During her distinguished career with the IRS Large Business & International Division, Victoria developed and delivered high-impact training for revenue agents nationwide, updated cornerstone IRS publications and served as a campaign expert on specialized issues such as aircraft taxation and conservation easements.

C Steven Boon is the founder of Boon Tax Group LLC, where he represents individuals and businesses in complex IRS collection and audit matters. His practice is built on nearly two decades of service as a Special Agent with IRS Criminal Investigation (CI).
During his career with IRS CI, Steve investigated a wide range of enforcement matters, including tax identity theft schemes, return preparer fraud, and financial crimes involving tax violations. He worked with every major IRS operating division, giving him extensive insight into how the Service approaches assessments, audits, collections, and enforcement actions. That background continues to shape his approach to client representation, where he focuses on protecting taxpayers from undue IRS actions and developing practical solutions to even the most difficult cases.
Steve is an Enrolled Agent, authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and he completed advanced training in criminal investigation and tax enforcement at the U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
As a practitioner, Steve strives to explain IRS processes clearly and apply them effectively in client matters. He brings the same approach to his work as an author and educator.
